This is Gustavo, Account Director, and co-founder of Optimational, where I perform general administrative tasks, contract signing, budget review, strategy design, and bookkeeping.
Besides, I’m really into Logistics, Planification, and Business Development.
My name is Silvi and I’m a Spanish translator, multilingual SEO specialist, and Optimational’s co-founder. After earning my translation degree, I entered the marketing world to explore my passion for digital marketing, branding, and international business development.
Now, I help Optimational acquire new business opportunities by offering boutique translation and multilingual SEO-customised solutions.
This is Andre and as a Customer Success Manager, my main duty is to optimize our partner’s experience daily. I work closely with our Operations team to ensure that all projects are on track and quality standards are met.
I see myself as a relationship builder and I love being able to work across cultures!
This is Javi. At Optimational, I work as a Vendor Manager. This is a position I enjoy a lot being in. Apart from that, I assist the Sales Department with client prospecting, which entails reaching out to potential clients who are looking to expand to new markets.
This is Pau, and I am a Multimedia Specialist and Graphic Designer. I see myself as a very enthusiastic person who loves what I do. Although my main passion is designing, I’m also keen on areas related to marketing, social media, and e-Commerce.
This is Belu, a certified English-into-Spanish translator. At Optimational, I perform linguistic as well as project management tasks. My passion is audiovisual translation, but I also enjoy working with texts related to Human Resources.
This is Camila, and as a Project Manager at Optimational, I am dedicated to monitoring and managing timelines and work objectives to ensure the delivery of high-quality projects to our clients. I am a skilled communicator and I love working in teams to achieve new goals.
I am Mili, a certified English-to-Spanish Translator, and I handle Project Management duties at Optimational. Additionally, I assist with linguistic tasks as needed, contributing to the team’s language-related requirements.
I’m Mechi, certified EN<>ES translator. I like working on creative projects and anything related to the end-user content. At Optimational, I’m in charge of linguistic tasks such as editing, QA, subtitling, and many more! On a personal note, I also speak some French, and I’m passionate about Aviation and self-care awareness.
